GOVERNOR Susan Yap graced the inauguration and blessing of the newest dialysis center in Tarlac province, Our Lady of Remedies located at the JMTalon Diagnostic Center, Tarlac city last August 10.

Gov. Yap, who together with Board of Directors Secretary of the dialysis and diagnostic centers Atty. Leandro Rodel Atienza, led the cutting of the ribbon while Tarlac Bishop Most Reverend Enrique Macaraeg officiated the blessing.
In her message, Gov. Yap praised the Talon family for their generations of providing health care to TarlaqueÃąos. She also made mention of the growing population of the province.
âTo the Talon family who for generations, ay nagbibigay ng tugon at pansin sa kalusugan ng ating mga kababayan dito sa TarlacâĶwell done, bravo. We have come a long way and our population has doubled in 30 to 35 years pero di sumusunod po ang pangangailangan sa kalusugan,â she said adding that, âit saddens me to hear that so much numbers of people would have to undergo dialysis in some point in their lives.â
Gov. Yap is likewise hoping that the doctors of the diagnostic center would be able to become more innovative in finding solutions to prolong the life of a person undergoing dialysis and said that the provincial government is willing to support any undertaking to save lives.
The Our Lady of Remedies Dialysis Center is utilizing state of the art dialysis machines and procedures, manned by competent nephrologists and medical personnel.
All treatments and procedures required for dialysis patients can now be availed under one roof. JM Talon diagnostic center can provide all laboratory and imaging procedures for patients requiring tests procedures prior to dialysis treatments.
Army Col. Benjamin Tianco of the Northern Luzon Command, Chief Nurse Elynor Maquidang, Enrique Juan Taon, Talon General Hospital Medical Director Dr. Raymond Nolasco Talon, Our Lady of Remedies Dialysis Center Medical Director Dr. Rasabelle Facton and the officers and staff JMTalon Diagnostic Center and Our Lady of Remedies Dialysys Center were likewise present during the inauguration and blessing.
