La Paz Medicare & Community Hospital (LPMCH) is a Level 1 hospital, a government facility under the jurisdiction of the Provincial Government of Tarlac. It is managed and administered in accordance with the Department of Health (DOH) policies and procedures. It is also a PhilHealth accredited hospital catering mostly to indigent patients. The hospital has a total of 41 bed capacity, 17 of which are authorized as of 2022. It is located at Lara, La Paz, Tarlac providing various medical needs for both in-patients and out-patients.
