The province serves as the convergence point of all essentially economic-busy roads of Luzon from North to South, East to West, strengthened with an impressive road network of expressways and national highways, and close proximity to international airports, free ports, and seaports.

There are three exit points to Tarlac Province via the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) namely, Concepcion, San Miguel, Tarlac City, and four exit points through the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX) as follows: Tarlac City, Victoria, Ramos, Anao. With the completion of the Central Luzon Link Expressway (CLLEX), Tarlac is even more accessible, connecting the province the Eastern seaboard province of Aurora.
These are vital to accessibility and present a significant role as a distribution and logistics hub – such as gathering, processing and packaging, storing and distributing agricultural produce, locally and internationally. Land is available for commercial, industrial, and residential development. The province is free from any earthquake fault lines.
The province is home to BCDAâs New Clark City â the countryâs premier metropolis that includes a National Government Administrative Center (that will decongest Metro Manila by housing National Government Agencies), Agri-Forestry and Development District, Central Business District, Academic District, and a Wellness, Recreation and Ecotourism District.
With its vision as a resilient Province with a diversified and integrated ârurbanâ economy, nestled in an ecologically sound environment, governed by accountable citizenry towards sustainable inclusive growth, Tarlac is fast becoming an alternative or a counter-magnet to the heavily congested Metro Manila.Â
