TEN Marching Bands under the auspices of the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) showcased their world class talents in the main streets of Tarlac City that ended at the Maria Cristina Park last March 28 as part of the 149th foundation anniversary of Tarlac Province.




Governor Susan Yap and CCP President Arsenio “Nick” Lizaso have signed a Memorandum of Agreement that the Marching Bands dubbed “Banda Rito, Banda Roon” and agreed to present the bands during Tarlac’s anniversary.



The 10 Marching Bands were Banda Onse of Nueva Ecija, Ocampo’s Betis Band 46 of Pampanga, Philippine Army Band, Philippine Baton Twirling Association, Philippine Coast Guard Sympthonic Band, and the Banda Kuwarenta’y Sais, Banda El Gobernador, Primero Uno Band St. Joseph Band 98, Sta. Cecilia Band 89 from Cavite.
